DOE-driven Automated Method Development

DOE is recognized as an ideal tool for developing bioanalytical methods with desired parameters. However, the implementation of DOE has been challenging due to a lack of tools that can translate complex DOE designs into easy to implement liquid handler instructions.

We have developed tools that provides a simplified interface that converts DOE designs into automation instructions. The data acquisition is simplified by directly interfacing with analytical instruments. The system utilizes rule-based machine learning to evaluate data between factors and between runs and recommends solution based on a holistic analysis of all data.
