Vaccine and other immunotherapies have shown significant promise in not only in the area of infectious diseases but also in cancer and autoimmune diseases. However, the responses to therapy are usually heterogeneous, and understanding the factors affecting clinical outcome is still challenging. We have developed an immunological fingerprinting technology that enables manufacturers to identify lead candidates. The fingerprinting technology involves a cytokine profile of cellular Th1 (such as IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ etc.) and humoral Th2 (such as IL-4, IL-10 etc.) immune response, other inflammatory cytokines in in-vitro or animal model.
